All payments are non-refundable once the development process has begun.

Delay in payment may result in suspension of project work or access to deliverables.

3. Project Timelines

Project timelines shared during discussions are estimates and may vary based on client response, revisions, and other technical factors.
KMS AI Tech Hub is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete requirements or delayed feedback from the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, images, and other materials required for project completion.

5. Revisions and Modifications

Minor revisions (as per the plan) are included in the package.
Additional changes or major redesigns requested after final approval may be subject to extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, clients will own the final website or application design and content delivered by KMS AI Tech Hub.
However, KMS AI Tech Hub retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, APIs, or hosting platforms to complete a project.
KMS AI Tech Hub is not liable for any downtime, errors, or losses caused by third-party service providers.

8. Confidentiality

All client data and project details are kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.
